RETURNS POLICY – Bedford Store
All non-faulty and unworn items with original labels attached may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. This includes full price and sale or discounted items.
Items returned outside the 14-day period, will be given a credit note or exchange, up to 28 days from the date of purchase.
All goods must be accompanied by the original receipt.
For any faulty goods or items of an unsatisfactory quality, please return them with proof of purchase for inspection by the Store Manager.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
